Lead the MCP server's npm README with the published package. The 0.3.2 page documented only 'cd mcp && npm install', which is clone instructions for an audience that just installed from npm; 'npx -y @pymodel/vue-skills-mcp' is now the primary path, with the clone route kept below it.
